I chose N/A on 2 questions as the roof is brand new so I can’t honestly answer those questions. But, we cannot be more pleased with our metal roofing project outcome, it’s look/style along with the expectation of durability and longevity we’ll not need to address any roofing replacements in the future. Installed in 1996 and just last year someone stopped me in front of our house and could not believe it was not brand new. We have done nothing to the roof in the 20 years since it was installed. It looks great in our neighborhood.
