Excellent, beautiful style, quality material and overall longevity

I chose N/A on 2 questions as the roof is brand new so I can’t honestly answer those questions. But, we cannot be more pleased with our metal roofing project outcome, it’s look/style along with the expectation of durability and longevity we’ll not need to address any roofing replacements in the future. A wonderful product, if cost expectations are appropriately presented by the contractor to the customer (as it was to us) allowing them to see at which end the benefit lies. For anyone building a new home, this should be a highly considered option now as well as anyone purchasing an existing home with an expectation of a roofing replacement it should be considered. HO insurance offers a discount as well.
