Installed in 1996 and just last year someone stopped me in front of our house and could not believe it was not brand new. We have done nothing to the roof in the 20 years since it was installed. It looks great in our neighborhood.

The reduction in cooling and heating bills, discount on homeowners insurance and tax credit literally paid for the roof. We live on a ridge with strong winds and would have been constantly replacing asphalt shingles like our neighbors, not with this metal roof.
